SHIPPING POLICY

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We offer free express shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Major cities: approximately 1–4 business days
• Rural areas and Perth: approximately 2–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates after dispatch and may vary during peak periods, public holidays or due to delays outside Lion Wild’s control.

TRACKING

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow your delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to selected destinations.

International orders generally take approximately 6–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local postal services.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, import duties, taxes or other fees charged by the destination country.

Delivery delays caused by customs or local postal services are outside Lion Wild’s control.
