i was sent the wrong item and the customer care team got back to me so quickly including having the correct item shipped promptly. their quick turnover resulted in me still being able to get the gift to my best friend in time for her 21st - mind you she LOVED the ring she received. The rings also have not tarnished or faded and have remained in the same condition, would definitely buy again 🤍
